Signavio Extraktion is giving different number of rows back

Hello experts,

I currently have a problem in the Make to Stock process that I want to map in Signavio. I am missing individual events in a case or cases are not even available in Signavio. There is no recognizable pattern, meaning it is not always a specific event that is missing or an order type.

Due to the fact that there is no pattern, I suspect the problem is in the data extraction. I looked at the AFKO and AFPO tables and found that if I delete the data from the table completely and extract it again, I get a different number of rows extracted (see screenshot). I have not changed the extraction code.

If I get a different number of rows extracted with each extraction, it also makes sense that events are missing

Does anyone have an idea what the cause is?

Regards
Niels

Hello Niels

As far as I know this is not automatically filled.
In order to fill this, we provide a list of all needed tables in the documentation:
https://help.sap.com/docs/signavio-process-intelligence/accelerators/make-to-stock-in-sap-ecc?locale...
AFKO, AFPO, AUFK, AUFM, DD07T, DDFTX, JCDS, MAKT, MARA, MKPF, MSEG, T001, T001W, T023T, T134T, T156T, TJ02T, TKA01, TSPAT, VUSR02_HEADER

We have a Data Transformation Template and Metrics for Make-to-Stock. You can access the Data Transformation Template directly in Process Intelligence --> Process Data Management --> Process Data Pipelines --> Create --> SAP RFC --> Make-to-Stock. You can access the Metrics in a PI process --> Metrics --> Metric Library --> Filter on Process Type Make-to-Stock.

Let me know if this helps

Hi @julienmoigno ,

thanks for your answer.

I have also set up the make-to-stock process this way. But my problem is that when I run the extraction, I get back different amounts of data (rows) within half an hour with the same extraction script. I would expect this to always be the same. If the number were always increasing, you could say that new information is being added, but unfortunately it is becoming also less. I have also compared it with the data from the S4 system, unfortunately a few lines are missing.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Niels
