Signature captured during Tagging in safety technician in SSAM gives error at the time of Tranmit

Hello All,

We are working on a POC to set up the Safety Technician persona in SAP Service and Asset Manager 2310. We have done all the configs related to Safety Technician and we can see all the related data and objects on the mobile device.  When we tag any operational item on the mobile device it asks for the signature, so we do the signature and tag the operational item by giving the lock number. When we make the Transmit it gives an error(HTTP status code-412 - as attached) for the document upload but the tag is updated correctly in SAP.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
