Hi,

In the BTP Environment , I am getting the below Error while creating Instance and Service key for the SAP HANA Schemas & HDI Containers Service and i am getting the below error even after creating the Hana Data base.

Service broker error: Service broker hana-broker failed with: Can not create service instance 'hanaschema': There is no database available. Ensure that you have a database available in space 'dev' within organization 'b386ac83trial'.

Hi,

The underlying SYSTEMDB or Tenant database is either not online or has a broken communication channel.

As per Display the Process List

Check that the relevant services are up and running a GREEN state with command :

/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/sapcontrol -nr <instance number> -function GetProcessList

Those services in a RED, YELLOW, or GRAY state should be checked on the service trace level for root cause for the current state. See Diagnosis Files Kind RegardsSimon
