SAP Web Dispatcher certificate renew based on new private key

Hello
I want to renew the SAP Web Dispatcher certificate and private key without disturbing the service.
I have succeeded to do it in ABAP and JAVA systems, Now need to do it in the SAP Web Dispatcher .

Please advise if I need to RECREATE PSE or CREATE NEW PSE or use other function.
or use SAPGENPSE command line options and create a new PSE file and replace it with existing file with rename option ?
