SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.52 Deveoper Edition

Hello everybody, 

i have a question about SAP Netweaver Developer Edition. I understand that I can use this Edition for training / testing /.... my ABAP Skills. Is is it possible to use this Edition for setting up a BW test system, so that i can train my knowledge in BW? 

If so, is there a possibility to import sample data for training?
