Hi,

task about Quality Notification don't appear in My Inbox although I have activated trigger event in SPRO and Odata service seems active as follows

Besides, the user has business role of My Inbox app (SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_PLANNER).

Am I missing something?

Hi,

are you still facing this issue?

I also had some trouble in the past with these workflows, for me the following solution worked:

- Please check Agent Assignment in customizing

- If you don't maintain org. assignment, you need to set "General Task" for Workflow Template and Standard Task.
