SAP CAL Subscription Error

I want to buy a sap cloud appliance subscription.

when i clicked the 'buy subscription for partner' button, I got this message:

This product is limited to partners participating in our SAP PartnerEdge program.
Your current participation agreement status, does not qualify for this offer.
Please reach out to your partner manager or contact us here.

I'm a SAP Partner (Partner Type: OE Build Authorization). But why can't I buy the subscription?

Hello Hyomin, I indeed recommend to first check with your partner representative for your status. If that looks ok, they would need to check SAP-internally with the SAP Store colleagues why the order still can not be placed. Best, Joerg
