In SAP CAL, I get an export control error when launching the
SAP NetWeaver 7.5 SP15 on SAP ASE
appliance template. It happens for all templates, though I specially need the AS Java setup within this chosen template. The following error message prompt is raised after trying to accept the T&C page of the trial form:
Error
Your request is under clarification by Export Control. We will send you an email as soon as the clarification has been provided.
I have tried each day for four days with the same outcomes. I haven't received an emails from SAP with "clarification", which is the answer provided in other similar discussion topics. I'm trying to start the appliance from the US. I found no other support channel for the CAL which is frustrating as are trying to make our subscription purchase decision.
