SAP Build Work Zone - Content Channel Connectivity/BadRequest Problems

Former Member

Hello SAP Community,

I'm a beginner at SAP and am currently trying to connect SAP Build Work Zone with a company's on-premise environment. To do this, I've been following this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2c2vcayRW8

However, I'm currently having problems creating a content channel. The following image shows the error message (the message is in Spanish):

The message roughly translates to: "<Connectivity/BadRequest>: The content could not be retrieved due to an internal error. Please try again later. If the problem persists, open a ticket at the connectivity service.". I'm not sure wether this is an error on my part or not. Any advice/comments are greatly appreciated.

It might be worth mentioning that SAP Build Work Zone had subscription problems in the US10 trial accounts for the last few days and this might be a related issue.

I just recalled there is a service you need to activate in SICF, /sap/bc/ui2/cdm3.

Check if that is active in your ABAP backend.

Thanks,

Eduardo

Hello,

Make sure you have assigned resources to your Cloud To On-Premise hosts, take a look at minute 29 of the video, and also look at your Destination (designg time and run time) around minute 30.

Hope that helps,

Eduardo

Hello Eduardo,

The Cloud To On-Premise resources are active, configured exactly as seen in the video. The ABAP system also seems to be reachable:

My Destination Design Time & Run Time are also configured the same as the ones in the video (of course using my respective URL, SAP Client, and credentials) and both return succesful connection checks:

Thank you very much for your answer.
