SAP Build Process Automation action error 'unsupported'

Hi Experts,

I am trying to build a business process in SAP Build Process Automations that reads and creates tickets in C4C.

I downloaded the API specification from the SAP Business Accelerator Hub and created an action project that includes the GET entities from ServiceRequestCollection action.

When testing from the Action editor's "Test" screen, using the set-up destination, everything looks just fine:

But when I try to use the action in my process, I get the following error:

'Error thrown from action runtime library: Failed to execute action Get entities from ServiceRequestCollection: unsupported'

Any advice would be appreciated.

After raising a ticket with SAP, we learned that ClientCertificateAuth destinations are not supported.

The documentation has been updated with this info.
