SAP BI: Migration SAP BI 4.2 from "MS Srv2012/MS SQL Srv2012R2" to "MS Srv2019/MS SQL Srv2019"

Dear All,
I have SAP Business Objects BI Platform 4.2 running on "Window servers 2012R2" and "MS SQL Server database 2012R2".

We want to migrate this to "Windows Server 2019" and "MS SQL Server 2019".

Can you please share what should be the best approach to carry on this migration?

1. KB for import and export CMS & Audit DB from MS SQL Server 2012R2 to MS SQL Server 2019.
2. KB for repository migration content (security, report, ACL, istance).
3. Do you expect some drawback regarding this activity, for instance regression test on WebIntelligence report due to some issue regarding for instance issues on Web Intelligence layout, issues on functions used on Web Intelligence report or whatever else?
In affermative case, do you have KB that explain wich kind of action needs to be applied to fix this issues ?
