Dear all,
I've noticed a peculiar discrepancy in my system. When I operate it in German, attaching XLSX documents is a breeze with no issues. However, when I switch the system to English, I face a challenge – the menu for attaching XLSX documents seems to differ, and I can't proceed as I usually would and is not possible to attach excel documents.
Could someone tell me why the menu is different? How can I change it?
