Strategic Workforce Planning in SAC

Hi,

I want to check if someone has explored SAC connection to SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management module (PMGM). The goal is to use SAC Planning for Strategic Workforce Planning.

Mainly to get the strategic aims, objectives, opportunities, and challenges at the business area and employee level. The line managers will capture the workforce requirements of those strategic aims, objectives, opportunities and challenges in terms of roles / numbers and skills required, and therefore convert the Strategic plan to more of an Operational plan.

I have already read one blog but it did not mention about the PMDM module:  here
