SAC - Add Row total to Dimension Subtotal?

I am building a live report for Accounts Receivable. 
The report is based on a live BW model. So i am aware of various limitations this entails. 

With the show totals function I am able to get totals for each client # #based on different aging buckets we have created on SAP backend. The "Aging Buckets" are actually members of a dimension where the measures get aggregated on. (this dimension is located on the columns. 

So the "amount" will be aggregated based on that dimensions "Aging" where the members are the different buckets "current" , "1-30 days" , etc. 

I want to add total for the subtotal row for each customer without adding total for each and every row. This is happening when I activate "show totals" . 

Using formulas isn't a viable solution since the formula will stay linked to a cell. This being a live model, the data will change if filtered on. so the number of rows and columns may change. 

Creating an Aggregation calculation isn't viable either as this becomes a new measure and will duplicate the "Aging" dimensions members and end up looking like 2 tables. 

Summarized: I want total across the highlighted subtotal row for each customer without having totals for each row.
