SAP HANA hangs

Hello, 

We have an issue with an S/4HANA 2023 system. 

(SAP HANA 2.0 SP 07)

It is working fine but after some time the system becomes slower or does not work at all. When the issues start, I see some alerts in alert files in nameserver and indexserver. I have tried searching in the SAP Notes or google using the keywords but no luck. 

I tried to choose some part of the file which might be helpful and attaching it. 

Kindly asking your support if you have any ideas.

Hi 

1. Could you check all disk free space in HANA DB and SAP USR file system?

2.  Check this SAP note 2889270

Hello Sriram,

there is no space issue. If that was the case I would not be able to start the DB anymore.

Hello, Using the SAP Note, I changed the threadpool from 5 to 1 and it is ok now. thanks a lot. Now, I am having issues from the docstore service which is constantly hitting high CPU, anyway looking into it.
