Role: S_OA2C_USE not found in transaction PFCG - role to use OAUTH2.0 in a program

I'm currently trying to develop a program to consume a IRPA webservice using a OAUTH2.0 authorization. I have already configured the OAUTH2.0 in transaction OA2C_CONFIG but did so without the role S_OA2C_ADM.

The program is running but it does so with an error, I'm guessing its related to my user permission roles.

The machine doesn't have the role S_OA2C_USE configured, so I can't add this role to my user in PFCG. Can anybody help creating this roles?

SAP oauth2 client is only available for SAP NetWeaver starting from AS ABAP 7.40 SP08 (Note 2043775 must be applied).

Check your SAP ECC release.
