When I open my Launchpad my custom application show on the tile an error. In the console I geht the following
message
No service url given - sap.ushell.components.tiles.applauncherdynamic.DynamicTile
The application ist working well.

you should use static tile when you create your fiori content.
if you use dynamic tile, you need to supply a service, so the tile can display dynamic content by calling that service.
