All,
I have a folder on my desktop with at least 30 CSV File's. When I create a new canvas app it only allows one file to be selected.
How can I work around this?Thanks

You can't. Excel and csv uploads are always on a one-off basis.
If you wanted to serialize uploads, e..g to schedule, you should use a file server, Google drive or sharepoint connection (for the last, you'll need to use BTP open connectors).
