How to get the available stock for a product by logistics area?

Hello community.

I have a requirement to get the available stock for a product by logistics area using a web service.

The webservice can pass logisticsAreaId, productId, storageLocationId.

Is there a webservice for this in ByDesign?

Is there a way to do this with OData, cause i can't create OData for the Inventory BO...?
