Help Icon button not working at all in the platform

Hi all,

      I'm using SAC plaftorm Versions :

2024.2.13 (Client)

2024.2.8 (Server)

     and the help icon button in the platform on the top right side of the screen seems not be working at all. Are there any changes expected or any bugs currently? It was working nicely in previous versions before.

can you press F12 in your browser and screenshot the messages in the console log?

Hi Edrilan, I did it but no messages at all in the console. I got some colleagues working on other tenants but the help button is working for them. Hence, I guess a company related issue. Is help working with IFrames ?

Hi, can you try a different browser? Just to be sure it is not related to your browser then. Sometimes they chache in some UI5 library from a different outdated version.
