Hi,
I am getting the error File ui2/ushell/index.html NOT found! when launching the application. Also I am not able to see the file in /ui2/ushell BSP application. Let me know how to upload the index.html file.

URL may be incorrect.
Try using transaction /n/ui2/flp to launch the FLP and check the URL.
Correct URL was not proper with above tcode it open directly in browser.
You have check host name is not added in your desktop then replace with IP address
