Problem with the "update a conversation" notifier

Hi Team

I am using SAP CAI with SAP iRPA..
I added multiple notifiers.. all notifiers are working fine except the one I used to update the conversation (I used exactly the same credentials as for others) [Client Id, Client Secret, Auth URL, Bot Token] (Designtime APIs)..

Each time I am trying to execute the bot, I am receiving this error for this notifier (the error is shown in the Job Monitoring / iRPA Factory) :

Update VariableCAISep 29, 10:06 AMExecution failed: HTTP status: '403 FORBIDDEN'

Please fine some screenshots attached

Thanks for your help

The solution : with help from jonas.brand (thanks a lot)

It seems like the documentation I used is not complete (or not easy to understand)..

To setup the “update a message” notifier I used this link

https://help.sap.com/docs/IRPA/c836fab4182e45548b6c6c6d0d0a9146/687a77a4d8f34d278af287be95ebe304.htm...

At the beginning my configuration looks like that :

The objects I used does not exist :

  • In CAI documentation I found this : list of available objects :

https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CONVERSATIONAL_AI/a4522a393d2b4643812b7caadfe90c18/858ae05dc3f743998ec...

It means that there is no : {{bot_id}} {{user_id}} or {{version_id}}

The solution :

Make the values explicit in the body in my chat bot :

Bot version :

And keep the same configuration as before in the notifier : using Designtime credentials
