Printout from IW38/IW3D is square box with X inside

Hi,

I hope someone may help me please. Our user can print fine in IW32 but whenever she tries to print in IW3D or IW38, the printout comes out as boxes with X inside. When I try to print at my end in IW3D or IW38 using the same user ID and Maintenance Orders, it prints correctly. Please help me. Where can I check further? Thank you.

Did you already check user print parameters (or even authorization failures or bug in the form)

Example: try to print with user parameters and printer or ask user to use yours.
