MDG its included in the suscription on S/4HANA on prem or cloud version?

I have a query if a suscription of S/4HANA on prem or cloud include MDG, or if its required a license or an additional product for its use.

Generally, SAP Master Data Governance on SAP S/4HANA (PCE or on premise) is licensed separately. For information about including it in RISE or applying it stand-alone, see this SAP Community blog.
