LO Purchasing extractor Transports sequnce : urgent Help required

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have little confusion on collecting the objects under transport requests and importing during LO extractor configuration .

I Initially moved to the objects From ECC dev to ECC quality and changes did not moved (163 fields in ECC dev where as ECC Quality it i found 95 ) correctly . To understand the root cause i have gone through the lot of threads in the SCN forums and thinking the below approach is the correct approach .Please correct me if i made any mistakes here .

1. I have collected the Data source - Going to Rsa6 and from menu i have activated and collected under transport request#1(Work bench request ) .

2.Inactive the data source in LBWE and colleced in a transport request2 (Customizing request )

3.Clicked on Data source generation (adjacent to Maintain extract structure option ) and collected into a separate customizing

request Request#3 .

4.Again click on Active and collect it into another transport request . Request#4 .This is a another customizing request .

all these requests(Customizing ) are independent .

Apart from these i have delated the etnries from set up tables , RSA7 is empty in ECC quality .

Please correct me if above approach is not correct .And also any other suggesstions please.

Hi Teja,

When transporting request , make sure it should be in sequence.

Customizing request should import first and thn workbench request.

Hi Teja,

I'm not sure the point 2 (deactivation of the DS) is really needed. The important point is to empty all the queues (in all clients).

But anyway, this doesn't explain why you don't get the modified datasource in QUA. Any error during the import of the workbench request ?
