Licenses required to use SAP Crystal Reports

Hello,

I would like some help with the licenses required to use SAP Crystal Reports.

I have a WEB application in .NET 6, hosted in IIS on a Windows server.

This application will be accessed by several users. These users will be able to choose different types of reports, which will be available in PDF or XLS.

My questions are:

How many SAP Crystal Reports licenses do I need to buy, considering the WEB application on 6 different servers and also 1 .net/Crystal developer workstation?

Do I necessarily need a SAP Crystal Server license?

I would like to have just one SAP Crystal Reports admin user in the application and use it in the report generation routine. Is this possible?

Hi Diogo,

CR runtime doesn't support 6 Framework, it only supports 4.7 or 4.8

The short is as long as it's for use internally only you only need one copy of CR Designer I believe, check the Licensing link above to verify.

If it's for multiple Users outside of you Company then one copy of CR Report Designer per site.

Don
