Hi SAP,
We did implemented the CCLM in SOLMAN 7.2 SP17, but we are unable to see the usage data for specific custom object or ATC results job. Could you please help to provide more information on how can we see the last used data for specific objects or ATC results objects.

One of our Developer executed the job in ATC and same is reflected in SOLMAN CCLM Quality cockpit
Is it possible to see the last used data for specific to that specific ATC Job objects in SOLMAN CCLM?

You can see the last usage date from the Object Library (Object List)
AND also in the worklist of the Decommissioning Project.
Please keep in mind that in the decom project, you will see the last-used date of an object on the statistical system.
While in the library, if you display the objects from the dev system for example, there are great chances that this object has no last usage. Because we usually don't collect the usage data from DEV systems.
However, the Decommissioning Cockpit will "fetch" the last usage of that object from the specified statistical system (usually productive) to display it in the worklist.

You would need to create a Quality Cockpit project based on the ATC run series that you trigger.
Then, each time the analysis of that project will be triggered in the quality cockpit (scheduled daily by default, but you can trigger it manually any time), the analysis will try to fetch the latest version of that ATC run from the cube, and generate new quality cockpit results with it.
This implies that the latest ATC run has been extracted and uploaded to BW by the ATC extractor already.
To select the ATC job in Quality cockpit project:
When creating a new project, you have to choose the ATC run series + variant using the F4 help. Specified quality system should be the managed system that is analyzed by your ATC hub (probably a DEV or a QUAL/TEST system). Specified statistical system should be the corresponding PROD system.

Once the project is created, each of its analysis runs will always fetch from BW the latest ATC run corresponding to the series+variant you specified in your project setting, and will match this ATC data with the objects in the CCLM library.

All of these steps above have the following pre-requisites:
1- the CCLM extractors + collectors for objects are active on all of your landscape (DEV + QUAL/TEST + PROD)
2- the SCMON extractor + collector is active for the PROD system (and SCMON itself is active in there)
3- the ATC extractor for your ATC Hub is active

Additional information:
Custom classifications and custom estimations are made to "overwrite" (specify manually) the classification and the effort estimation for each kind of ATC error.
DEFAULT is good for starters. Custom variants are for more advanced users of the cockpit.

Also, DEFAULT classification variant will simply keep the original ATC record classification from the ATC. So if the ATC says something is a warning, then the cockpit will show it as a warning. And if the ATC says it's a error, then the cockpit will show it as an error as well.
DEFAULT time estimation variant will just assign a default time estimation of 0,2 hours to all kind of ATC results, no matter their type or classification.
Effort Estimation = estimated effort to solve that problem.
