Issue opening PDF attachment in ITSM

we have a *.pdf attachment attached to a incident, but we try to open the same, it is giving the below screen. Could you please help.

Hi Sukanyamn,

On your PC or desktop /laptop do you have the PDF Adopebit Reader?

yes I do have, the issue is only when opening the PDF from CRM UI

Hi Sukanyamn, Change the default PDF opening software from Adobe to Google chrome and check the PDF from CRM UI. a
