Is SAP IQ Express Edition still available?

I got a trial edition from SAP IQ trial, now the trial is expired and the sever couldn't be started anymore.Here is the error message from the iqdemo.xx.srvlog:

I want to continue testing on my PC and I know there was an Express Edition with limited purpose for developer.I couldn't get it.It seemd that different version with different trail methods,and the link above is only for trail edtion.

So it there any chance to get an Express Edition license?Older version is good enough.IQ 16.0+ with win10 support is great and 15.4 is also OK.
