Integration Suite is not available for subscription in BTP free-tier

Integration Suite is not available for subscription in my BTP free-tier
I have tried both my sub-accounts at AWS Australia(Sydney) and UA East(VA).
Also tried the steps available here: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_EMARSYS_ACCOUNT_ENGAGEMENT/4b17c6c8ff2042f3baf68f224c809ea3/b042a1c66c...

This above behaviour is due to Directory!
I have my sub-accounts organised under a Directory. I had to add Integration Suite as an entitlements to the directory level first, and then assign it to one of the subaccounts.
