My environment has Fiori on one server and ECC on another server. In Fiori, When I'm importing the data model, it doesn't show the tables that I created in the ECC environment

What do you mean with "importing the data model" exactly? Did you create an OData Service in ECC that you now activated in the Frontend Server?
