HTTPURLLOC for View Designer

When going to SE80 and opening a Webdynpro view (Layout tab), it is using our wildcard /WEBDYNPRO/* rule in HTTPURLLOC to render the preview. We are wanting to add an entry so that it uses the normal application server hostname. Can you please advise what the entry / context for this would be?

Please follow KBA 3391782 to find the correspondent SICF service path for a Web Dynpro application.

In addition to that, usually the paths for the View Designer in transaction SE80 are /sap/bc/wdvd and /sap/public/bc/webdynpro/ViewDesigner.

On newer SAP_BASIS versions (e.g. 757 or higher), the path for the View Designer in transaction SE80 is /WEBDYNPRO/sap/WDY_AIE_VD_PREVIEW.

The HTTPURLLOC entries should be maintained accordingly based on that.
