how to identify the message id and message number in sap s4hana cloud

Hello SAP, 

We have a requirement to put a validation logic in display purchase order app whenever the info flag is initial as shown in the image attached.

but, how to identify or check which message class and message number we could use here since we do not have access to SAP GUI system.

Please suggest.

SAP Provided Answer: 

In the cloud system, there isn't an app like SE91 for managing messages centrally. However, there are different  (SSCUIs) for various lines of business (LoB) areas. For example, in Materials Management (MM), there is an SSCUI called "Define Attributes of System Messages (102364)." In this SSCUI, you can find MM-related messages like M7XXX, M6XXX, which are part of what you would typically manage in SE91.

I looked but a Released CDS view for System Message does not appear to be available

Please consider reading the table T100 like in the thread below to return a list of messages of class ME
