How to export users User Management in Cloud ALM

Some users are created directly in Cloud ALM tenant under User Management, but not in IAS. You'd like to find this delta, and understand what users are missing in each of the tenants.

Hello. 

In Cloud ALM, we have no download functionality for users. 

However, the Cloud ALM users also exist in BTP Cockpit :

1. Open BTP Cockpit 
2. Navigate to the SAP Cloud ALM Subaccount > Security > Users
3. You have an option to download the users to excel. 

This should provide the same information for users maintained in Cloud ALM.
