Found a good blog on create a tile pointing to dynamic URL.

I tried similar, it is NOT picking host:port based on the system alias instead it picks host:port of LOCAL system. Is there any other config needed?

In case you are using a hub (standalone) gateway, is your BSYSTEM pointing to a valid type H RFC destination, which in turn should be pointing to the correct target system for opening the URL? If this type H RFC destination does not exist on your gateway/is improperly configured, then the launchpad opens the URL as a local gateway URL, which seems to be happening in your case.

Maintan System Alias pointing to H RFC -- Triggering an error?

You can check this with your Basis team, they should be able to configure it correctly to point to the required target system.
