Short Description: Group name missing for Subcontracting app after TR movement in PRD

System: PRD - prdapp1(DIGITS)

Detailed Description: Hi SAP Team,

We configured and moved the 2 standard application named as Monitor Subcontracting Documents and Subcontracting Cockpit to PRD system but after TR movement found that roles and tiles are moved but the Group name which we created is missing from PRD system. Also the custom created Catalog and Group is also missing from fiori launchapd designer but tile is visible in the app finder in fiori launchpad.

Please check and see the issue. This is thesystem inconsistancy which we are facing in the PRD system. This is working fine in the DEV system.

As recommended by the developer:

Following settings are currently maintained for DEV(310) in SCC4 Transaction:

Changes and Transports for Client-Specific Objects: No changes are allowed
Cross-Client Object Changes: No changes to repository/cross-client customizing objects
Please find KBA 2420319 - Changes to groups and catalogs in Launchpad Designer are not captured in default transport, which provides recommendations, how to maintain settings in SCC4 to have for example changes in group recorded automatically.

I haven't found any customizing transport request, which contains group Z_SUB_CONTRACT_GRP in DEV(310).

Please try to do the followings steps to transport required catalogs or groups from CUST (client-dependent) scope to other system(client):

update settings in SCC4 for client 310
create customizing transport request
set this customizing transport request as default
do and reset some "dummy changes" in catalogs or groups from CUST (client-dependent) scope, which you like to transport to other system(client), or follow the workaround described in KBA KBA 2445685 - How To: Add existing catalogs and groups in CUST scope to transport requests
