Error in activating API management in the BTP Integration suite

In BTP Trial account I Subscribed to Integration suite, assigned the following

• PI_Business_Expert
• PI_Administrator
• PI_Integration_Developer
• APIPortal.Administrator
• APIManagement.SelfService.Administrator
• AuthGroup.SelfService.Admin

in the role management of the integration suite. "also assigned these role connections to my user/email which is defauletidentity provider"

Went to the integration suite application and activated

Build Integration Scenarios

Manage APIs

Extend Non-SAP Connectivity

All of them are active but I can not go/click at Build Integration Scenarios and Manage APIs.

As per documentation tried to go to the trial account -> boosters -> enable integration suite

selected trial account

assign service quota and creating service instance finished done

However assign role collection failed with following message

Could not assign users to Role Collections as some of the capabilities are not activated. The role collections below could not be assigned to the users:

• Subaccount Administrator : myemail@companydomain.com

Solution:Please wait for the capability to be activated and then execute the booster.

where myemail@companydomain.com is my email id

Can anyone help getting past this error
