I'm installing SAP Netweaver 7.4 SR2 . but the error shown in the picture

can you help me fix error

Hello,

Can you please check the deploy.x.trc file under Java work directory from /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/work?

This might give you a clue on why the deploycontroller is not working

2562624 - com.sap.engine.services.dc.cm.DCNotAvailableException - Error during JAVA upgrade

As per this note you need to reduce the number of deploy_threads
