EP Portal backend Connection with ECC or S4hana

Dear Team

We need suggestion. implement EP 7.5 & s4hana 1610 now we need to configure via NetWeaver EP portal access our s4hana 1610 system ( it means backend system) is it possible?if yes please suggest me any link or document

Technical prerequisites if the upgrade between Netweaver Portal and Business Suite products is supported and their versions .
