Please follow the steps below to download Oracle 12c(12.1.0.2) installation.

1. Access SWDC URL:
https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/software-downloads.html?anchorId=section

2. Click on the button "Access Software Downlads in SAP for Me".

3. Choose "DATABASE" > "Database and Database Patches" > oracle > INFO > Oracle 12.1 Software (64-bit) > Installation

4. Select your OS type.
