create payment term (FI-MM)

i want to create the following payment term

L/C 10% Down payment, 20% after receiving goods at site  , 60% After mechanical installation, start up and issuing test certificates , 10% after commissin & start up

can anyone help please

how can i specify the basleine date for every installment?

To maintain the payment terms in OBB8 and specify installment/Percentage details in OBB9.
