CR Runtime 13_0_23 installion failed

I'm trying to install cr rruntime 13_0_23 on a client pc but i'getting error failed to register crtslv.dll. I have install all c++ runimes and secutity but it didn't solved my problem. I tested on windows 7 32 and 64bit.(On both Os have the same issue) Do i need a specific windows update? What else can i do for fix this?

Are you logged in as a user who has Administrator rights on the computer when you do the install? If not, you need to be in order for the .dll's to register correctly.

Also, the SDK runtime that you install has nothing to do with whether the machine is 32-bit or 64-bit. The "bit-ness" of the runtime needs to match the application. Don't select "Any CPU" for building it, you must select to build it for either X86 or X64 explicitly.
