Configuration changes after migrating SAP BODS from one windows server to another?

Hi All,

Our Environment has two servers. One is the Job server and other is Mysql database server. Both are physical servers. We have migrated both using Double take move migration tool to AWS cloud. Only Hostname and IP address will be changing.

But as mentioned in the previous comments, I am facing a mysterious issue like both old and new servers are connected somehow. Both are in different domains as well. I have logged into my old server Data service designer with a user ID say "A". Then when I log into my new server DS designer with a user ID say "B", it says already user "A" has logged in. I even deleted DNS entries from new server and turned off automatic DNS registrations as well to keep off the new server from connecting to old server but some how both are connect. Also when I log on to new DS management console and deactivate some jobs, automatically in old console also the same jobs are getting deactivated. Also jobs run twice when both old and new servers are turned on and dual reports are going to the customer. But if old server is turned off, then jobs doesn't run. Any clue how both are connected?

I am not sure whether I will be having time to do a fresh install as it needs to be closed ASAP. CMS connection setting in DS management console, I have already pointed to new server IP.

What configuration changes should I make in new server to make this work properly. Need to delete and recreate RFC connection interface? and Recreating DB connections pointing to new server in DS server manager? will work.

Or providing same hostname to new server will work?

Regards,

Kautham
