Charts are not displaying in Webi Reports after patching from BI 4.2 SP09 P6 To BI 4.2 SP09 P16

Hi, 

We did a patching from version BI 4.2 SP09 P6 to BI 4.2 SP09 P16 some weeks ago. 
Today we noticed that all our reports that containg some kind of charts, besides regular tables, does not show any data. We cannot create a new type chart but the table options works fine (horizontal, vertical, cross table). The chart works fine in our lower environment (in Test and Acceptance environment). I tried to promote a report that contains different kind of charts from Acceptance to Production, but the charts does not show in Production. Any suggestions on what we can do about this?

I'm taking a guess...

Make sure you still have an Adaptive Processing Server that supports the Visualization Service.  I believe this service supports charts in Webi documents.

In the lower environments we have the Visualization Service included in a Adaptive Processing Server together with other services (such as Auditing Service, Custom Data Access Service, DSL Bridge Service, Document Recovery Service, Excel Data Access Service, Rebean Service). But in production we have a separate Adaptive Processing Server handling the Visualization Service for better performance. We have tried to delete the server and create a new one and also tried to include the Visualization Service together with the other services as in the lower environment but it still doesn't work.
