Charge Calculation Failed in FSD Batch Run

Hi, 

We have a problem where our batch program picking the freight bookings based on the selection profile but while running getting message as below 

"Charge calculation completed
Charge calculation failed
Charge calculation completed
Freight settlement document consistent"

But some of the FB's are not getting FSD but no error, If we try to run charge calculation each FB's nothing getting fail and FB's basic status , rates everything fine

Is anyone came across this situation, Please advise
