Cascading Drop Down List for Solution Manager

Hello SAP expert,

is it possible to add a custom drop down list to the solution manager ITSM with the similar logic as multilevel categorization? Or is it only possible for Category and Reason blocks? (Reference: "For service requests (incidents), problems, and requests for change, the categorization blocks Subject and Reason are delivered at header level.

If possible, which parameters&values do I need to define in spro for the incident application area? And could You please explain in detail how the mapping between the custom input field and the categorization schema occurs?

Hi Valeryia,

I'm not really sure, what in detail you want to realize, yes Solman is a CRM System - but there are some differences or better preconfigured settings - my source of information will be this Solman wiki:
