cannot create new sap pi PIT run configuration

after adding all PIT roles and running config wizard there is still issue with making new run configurations for test cases. In Web gui the '+' button is grey

and NWDS it is not possible to add it due to some error in background (the same user gets application response from postman:))

"An error occurred while retrieving the data.
javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Error accessing "http:xxxxxxxxxxxx/IntegratedConfigurationInService/IntegratedConfigurationInImplBean?style=document". Response code is 401, response message is "Unauthorized"

Hello Tomas,

"401 Unauthorized" typically indicates an issue with existence of the user or with its password. It is not about roles yes. Please check that the user, which you are using, exists in this system, is not locked and you are calling with a correct password.
