Call SFTP from S/4 - HEC system (infrastructure options)

Hi, 

  We have a S/4 system hosted on sap HEC under RISE model. We need to use a integration with customer SFTP server onpremise, but we have no CPI. We are trying to find options for this integration.  

I can only think in creating a shell script that user sftp os command to send/receive files from sftp server, and call this script from an sm49 external command. 

Have someone found an scenario like this ? Is there another option to call a SFTP server from ABAP ? I think it could be dificult to test withou access to OS.
