BEX query not getting deleted as it is being used in some dashboards and templates

Hi Experts,

I have some queries to be deleted in BEX where i am not able to because of the depending dashboards and webtemplates that are using these queries as system is showing the message that the current query is being somewhere else and not giving the option to delete.

When i try to delete in RSZDELETE the query and the dependent webtemplates are in deactivated and non selectable mode.

We did checked in the PROD and there is no data for these queries.

Kindly suggest what can be done, any leads would help.

Dear Prathima,

Can you go to Transaction RSA1 in the relevant BW Backend system -> Meta data Repository(on the left side of the page) -> Web Template -> Technical name of Webtemplate. This gives the list of queries.

Also, please check if this table RSZWBTMPXREF helps you.
