how do I compare two processes, the actual process and the target process? what are the differences and how to optimize to get to the target?

In Process manager, you can use The SAP Signavio diagram comparison tool to compare two diagrams. You can also compare the revisions of the same diagram
In Process Intelligence You can visually compare process paths by placing two Process Discovery widgets next to each other.
